SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA

We try to minimize the scope of personal data that we process so that they are sufficient for the quality of the services you order from us, so that we meet all legal obligations and so that we protect our legitimate interests. We process personal data to the extent that they have been provided.

When registering: the name, surname and e-mail are sufficient for registration in the e-shop. You can also provide us with other personal data, billing address, delivery address, telephone contact, ID number if you are a natural person entrepreneur. If you register through your Facebook or Google+ social network account, the social network will only provide us with your name and e-mail address. You can stop sharing this information at any time in your profile message.

When ordering: we request from you the personal data necessary to process the order, namely name, surname, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone contact, ID number if you are a natural person entrepreneur. We also process communication records in written and electronic form and information about your payments and payment methods.

When using the site’s services: we obtain information about how you use it, when you access our site, what you search for on it, what sub-sites you visit, when and how you log in. We also collect information about the devices you use to access our site, including IP addresses, browser settings, information about operating systems, information from which website you access us, and information from cookies and similar sources.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We process your personal data primarily for the purpose of concluding purchase contracts, the subject of which is the delivery of our goods and services. This activity includes, above all, receipt and processing of orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, registration of payments, sending goods to the selected address under.

In order to properly fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of bookkeeping, registry administration, or handling complaints and grievances. In some cases, personal data also need to be processed for the purposes of litigation and extrajudicial debt recovery.

If you have given us your consent, we also process your personal data for the purpose of improving the services provided by sending satisfaction questionnaires and information about our products and services within direct marketing by sending information about news and current offers to your e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from these emails by changing the settings in your account on our site, or by clicking on “Unsubscribe” in the incoming emails.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data in accordance with the law, only on the basis of legal bases in cases where:

• the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (for example, the purchase contract) and you are a party, or you have asked us to take measures before concluding the contract (for example by registering in the e-shop) or fulfilling our legal obligations to keep data in our accounting, or when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes or the enforcement of decisions.

We do not disclose, make available or provide your personal information to any other entities except in the situations described herein.

At your request: we provide your personal data to courier and transport companies in cases where you do not choose “personal collection” in our facilities when ordering.

For external processing: Your personal data is processed by our partners, who process it for us, on the basis of our instructions and in accordance with this document. In doing so, they observe all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to provide the required protection for your personal data.

Legal Reasons: We may also disclose your personal information to others to comply with legal obligations, government and other authorities to enforce our claims, or to defend ourselves in proceedings where others are asserting them against us. The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information for these reasons include, for example, courts, government and other authorities competent to exercise control over our activities, to resolve disputes or to enforce decisions, and to our legal and accounting consultants and auditors.

PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

In the event of performance of the contract, we will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, including the warranty and complaint conditions.

In the event of a legal obligation, we will process your personal data for the period required by law. In the case of the Accounting Act, the VAT Act, etc. the period may be 10 years.

In the event of a legitimate interest, we will process your personal data, unless you object to the processing, for as long as is justified and given the life cycle, product or service purchased, so that we can offer and provide you with related products and services.

With the consent of the data subject, we will process your data until you revoke your consent, but no more than 36 months after it has been granted.

YOUR RIGHTS AS THE PERSONS CONCERNED

You have several rights as a result of our processing of your personal data.

You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to know for what purpose they are processed, who the recipients of your personal data are, what the processing time is.

You have the right to correct if your personal information is incorrect or has changed. You can correct them in the settings of your account, or contact us, we will correct them.

You have the right to delete personal data if it is incorrect or processed illegally.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its revocation.

You have the right to restrict processing. If you wish, we will process the data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.

You have the right to object to automated individual decision if you find or believe that such processing is illegal or contrary to your rights.

You have the right to transfer the data, if you wish to transfer it to another operator, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, unless prevented by other technical or legal obstacles.
