Anti-Riot Suit Robocop II (TAD25)

The Anti-Riot Suit Robocop II is a full-body protective system designed to safeguard the user against impacts and injuries during riot control and high-risk public order operations. It provides comprehensive protection for the chest, back, shoulders, arms, forearms, neck, abdomen, genitals, buttocks, thighs, legs, and feet.

The suit is engineered using a combination of high-resistance polyethylene, polycarbonate, nylon, and impact-absorbing padding materials, ensuring a high level of protection while maintaining operational mobility. It is designed to withstand impacts from stones, metal objects, and other projectiles commonly encountered in riot situations.

Improved protection and durability

The chest area features a reinforced internal panel providing increased resistance against blunt force and limited protection against edged threats. Shoulders, arms, and legs are fitted with rigid polycarbonate protectors that enhance safety without restricting movement. The outer layer is made of flame-resistant material, offering protection against incendiary attacks.

A MOLLE system integrated on the front and back allows the attachment of tactical accessories such as holsters, pouches, utility holders, or hydration systems.

Modular structure (11-piece set)

The TAD25 set consists of 11 modular components, providing full-body coverage:

Ergonomics and usability

The suit is designed for quick and easy donning. Individual components are secured using Velcro fastenings and adjustable elastic straps, ensuring a stable fit and operational comfort.

Material and component details

Arm and forearm protection:
Made of durable Oxford Terylene fabric with high-density EVA polyethylene padding for shock absorption. Reinforced nylon panels protect forearms and elbows. Adjustable straps ensure secure fastening and easy adjustment.

Body protection:
Constructed from reinforced HP block material combined with Oxford Terylene fabric. Side sections include rigid protective panels with internal padding. Adjustable Velcro fastening is used on shoulders, sides, and crotch area.

Thigh protection:
Made of Oxford Terylene fabric with reinforced nylon outer layers. Equipped with elastic adjustable Velcro straps for secure attachment.

Leg and foot protection:
Lower leg protection features reinforced nylon with leather edging and internal padding. Secured using elastic straps with reinforced metal buckles. Foot protection consists of rigid nylon armor plates covering the upper foot, combined with leather and internal padding for impact absorption.

Seat protection:
Constructed from vinyl acetate and polypropylene honeycomb structure, offering high flexibility and excellent energy absorption with ergonomic comfort.
