BLAST PROTECTION BLANKET

Blast protection blanket

The blast protection blanket and safety ring are designed as portable, flexible, lightweight, and compact means of protection for EOD and IEDD operations.

Force Ware bomb blankets and safety rings protect personnel and property from the blast and fragmentation caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) detonation. In conjunction with the Safety Circle, the blankets are especially effective for suspicious items such as backpacks or briefcases. The diameter of the closed safety circle is adjustable from 40 to 70 cm. The protection class is the same as the Bomb Blanket.

Bomb blankets serve as an ideal first line of defense against threats in crowded public spaces such as airports and train stations.
