Body detection

The Body Detection system is a full-body scanning solution designed for security and threat detection without requiring physical contact or disrobing. Using advanced imaging technologies, the system can reveal hidden objects on a person’s body, including metallic and non-metallic items, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.

Millimeter-wave (terahertz, T-RAY) scanners use non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation in the THz band to create detailed three-dimensional images. Depending on the technology, operators can visualize outlines or locate concealed items while maintaining the privacy of individuals, as the scanning area is separated from the operator.

This three-dimensional system accurately identifies various materials and objects, making it ideal for airports, border control, high-security facilities, and law enforcement applications. Unlike traditional metal detectors, it can detect non-metallic threats used in improvised weapons or contraband.
