CO2 DETECTOR

Designed for easy indication of hidden persons. The unit is easy to use and deploy, with two different probe types: for room and roof examination or vehicle examination.

Kit comes complete with under door probe, roof/vehicle probe, CO2 detector, battery charger and instruction manual. Comes in rugged carry case.

The Stowcheck has been developed for border control, police and law enforcement agencies to detect people hiding in confined spaces in lorries, trailers, lofts, rooms, vehicles etc.  It works by detecting and analysing the presence of microscopic amounts of carbon dioxide gas which are emitted in human breath.

The system contains sophisticated software which interprets the results from the sensors. Results and current status of the Stowcheck are shown on the LED display.

An optional 50 metre CO₂ Pear Drop Rescue Probehas been specifically designed for specialist rescue units following major disasters where people may be trapped in confined spaces.
