The M240-SLR (Self Loading Rifle) is a semi-automatic precision firearm manufactured exclusively by Ohio Ordnance Works (OOW). It combines original M240 components with newly engineered semi-auto-only parts to deliver exceptional reliability, durability, and accuracy.

Designed to provide minute-of-angle (MOA) accuracy, high ammunition capacity, and sustained controlled fire, the M240-SLR is ideal for applications requiring precision engagement at extended distances.

Like the standard M240, the M240-SLR fires the 7.62×51 mm NATO cartridge. However, unlike the original platform, it has been redesigned to operate from a closed bolt, enhancing single-shot accuracy and consistency.

During field testing with match-grade ammunition, randomly selected units consistently achieved 1 MOA (1-inch) groupings at 100 yards. In both single and rapid fire testing (approximately 400 rounds per minute), no malfunctions were recorded, demonstrating the system’s engineering excellence.

Dimensionally identical to the M240, the M240-SLR integrates seamlessly into existing M240 mounting systems. All internal components are redesigned and manufactured by OOW at their ISO-certified facility to the highest quality standards.
