Device for child transport

RES-COT is a device designed for the transportation of children with a height between 40 and 80 cm during rescue operations.

Features and equipment:

• Internal cradle with fireproof padding, covered with a breathable, removable, and washable mesh, equipped with neoprene bands and straps for secure fastening of the child,

• Two handles for connection to a helicopter hoist hook with different attachment points, identified by a color code to determine the correct positioning angle,

• Two side ventilation openings with protective mesh to ensure proper airflow in all situations,

• Two shaped handles on the short sides for manual carrying,

• Reflective band around the perimeter and on the top for easy visibility in low-light conditions,

• Transparent upper pocket for storing and transporting medical devices,

• External slot for connecting an anti-rotation system,

• Internal slots for fastening small animals using a leash or other restraint systems,

• Body made of orange PVC and Cordura® bottom for high wear resistance,

• Stabilization strap preventing the upper cover from bending over the child’s face during helicopter transport.
