The Satellite Personal Tracking Device is a handheld, global, two-way satellite messaging and personal tracking solution designed for location reporting, secure communications, and emergency alerting in areas without terrestrial network coverage. The device includes a dedicated emergency (911) button for immediate distress signaling.

The SHOUT ts is a third-generation handheld satellite tracker and messaging device. It is an enhanced version of the SHOUT nano, featuring a touchscreen display that allows fast menu navigation and easy text entry using an on-screen keyboard.

The device is engineered with ultra-low power electronics, drawing less than 35 µA in sleep mode. Powered by an internal rechargeable 1.95 Ah Li-Ion battery, it can transmit hourly position reports for up to two months, totaling approximately 1,500 messages per charge.

The unit can periodically wake from sleep mode to automatically transmit location data to a command or monitoring center. A guarded 911 button enables immediate emergency or alert notifications. Data transmission is supported in standard or 256-bit AES encrypted formats, including 10-byte, 30-byte, or PECOS formats, ensuring secure communications.
