The RE17FE Fuse Extractor is a manual high-torque wrench mechanism designed for the safe mechanical removal of fuzes from unexploded ordnance (UXO).

The device provides a manual (non-energetic) method for delivering rotary torque force to UXO fuzes, allowing controlled removal without the use of pyrotechnic or explosive systems.

The RE17FE is capable of removing certain types of fuzes mechanically from a safe distance, minimizing operator risk.

The equipment comprises a clamping jaw assembly and a cable drum featuring a coil spring and latch mechanism. This design enables the application of sharp torque by alternately pulling and relaxing the cable.

Suitable for military and law enforcement EOD units and engineering teams conducting UXO disposal operations.
