Vacuum Mattress | for Injured Immobilization

Vacuum mattress designed for patient immobilization.
Its dimensions are compatible with LECCO, 911, Rolly, and Kit Everest stretchers, keeping the patient securely immobilized even during vertical transport.
It does not interfere with X-ray or MRI examinations.
Operating temperature: from +60 °C to -20 °C.
Recommended maximum load capacity: 150 kg.

The mattress is made of a double layer of PVC, ensuring maximum resistance to puncture, abrasion, and tearing, providing longer durability and easy repair.
The external PVC layer is tested according to UNI4818-16 (solvent resistance) and EN-ISO811 (waterproofing).
It is also tested for flame retardancy according to UNI 9177, Class 2.

Thanks to its special shaping, the mattress can be better adapted to the patient’s head area.
The vacuum valve is positioned on the side for optimal use.
The attachment loops for straps and handles are reinforced with additional support tape to ensure greater durability.
The carry handles are joined beneath the mattress structure, providing higher strength as they do not place the full load directly on the loops.

Each product is tested under vacuum for 24 hours before leaving the factory.
The carry bag is made of Cordura® 1000 Denier Nylon with a 10 mm zipper.
The mattress handles and straps are made of 40 mm polypropylene webbing.
An aluminum vacuum pump and carry bag are included.
Completely made in Italy.
