Ventilated Goggles

Two-speed fan goggles use microrotor technology to eliminate fogging within seconds. Designed for infantry, S.W.A.T., and special forces.

The ESS Striker TurboFan low-profile tactical goggles increase fog protection. The main feature is a two-speed fan that removes excess moisture from the interior under extreme conditions.

The goggles feature foam padding in contact areas with the user’s face. The system is based on the patented TurboFan Antifog System. The two-speed TurboFan (up to 15,000 rpm) is located at the top of the frame and ensures continuous airflow into the interior of the goggles (from bottom to top). This constantly mixes the moist air, preventing condensation on the protective lenses.

The control unit is located on the strap and powered by 1× AA battery (older models 2× AA). At low fan speed, the battery provides over 50 hours of continuous operation. Two speed modes are available: “HI” for maximum demisting, “LO” for quiet operations.

The package includes two colored polycarbonate ballistic lenses (clear and smoke gray, 2.4 mm thick). Lenses are protected with the Clear Zone FC anti-scratch and anti-fog coating.

All ESS protective goggles comply with NATO ballistic resistance standard cal.22 MIL-V-43511C and provide 100% UVA/UVB protection. The goggles come with a soft nylon carrying case.

Thanks to ESS Modular Technology, replacement lenses are inexpensive and easy to change. Optional Laser Protective Lenses (LPLs) are available in 694 nm and 1064 nm, or dual (thermal) lenses for tactical operations in harsh conditions.

TurboFan safety goggles feature a 40 mm wide strap. Standard prescription glasses can fit inside. The black frame includes comfortable foam padding that absorbs sweat and conforms to the face. Tear-off film is included or available separately.
