Capturing Ballistic Walls in Rooms

The capturing ballistic walls of the RUBOX system are designed to protect occupants in buildings against firearm attacks, allowing safe evacuation or retreat to a secure zone. The walls can be used as standalone structures or connected to existing walls as additional protection. The surface of the walls can be masked with graphics or finishes to reduce detectability, and independent layers of plaster, OSB panels, or drywall can be applied.

Slim Wall – 10 cm

The 10 cm slim wall intercepts single 9 mm bullets. It provides short-term protection for escape maneuvers or retreat to a safe area. It can be a standalone wall or combined with an existing wall for added protection. The surface can be visually masked and covered with plaster, OSB, or drywall.

Z-Wall – 25 cm

The 25 cm thick Z-Wall provides protection against 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm, 9 mm rounds, and smoothbore ammunition. It can be a standalone wall or integrated with an existing structure, providing very good protection against attacks. The surface can be masked or covered with plaster, OSB panels, or drywall.

Heavy Wall – 50 cm

The 50 cm thick wall provides a high level of protection against 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm, 9 mm, smoothbore, .338 Lapua Magnum (285 grain), .50 BMG (750 gr A-MAX® Match™), and 12.7 × 99 mm M33 BALL ammunition. It can be standalone or connected to an existing wall, ensuring maximum security. Surfaces can be visually masked or covered with plaster, OSB, or drywall to reduce detectability.
